In my role as Sales Strategy & Operations Coordinator with Molson Coors Beverage Company, I contributed directly to the revitalization of the BC sales team’s culture through community events and initiatives including: Canadian Blood Services blood drives, Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside community meals, Truth & Reconciliation Day, and the Women of West Sales Circle. My passion for fostering team empowerment was recognized with the “Spotlight Award for Culture & Engagement.” As Co-Head of Charity for Queen’s Vogue Charity Fashion Show (VCFS), I prioritized building strong connections with partner charities which resulted in unprecedented results: the implementation of the inaugural volunteer training and management system, as well as a 22% increase in monetary donations YoY. As a Marketing and Operations Specialist, I thrive in translating organizational strategy into actionable operational plans. Whether planning events, growing partner relations, or driving communication campaigns, I am eager to apply my skills to support non-profits or healthcare agencies in creating significant impact in society.
