I am PhD scientist and principal investigator specializing in pediatric cancer and translational modeling. My laboratory aims to utilize transgenic and CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genetic engineering approaches to model patient relevant abnormalities associated with high-risk pediatric sarcomas & neuroblastoma. Our goal with these models is to uncover novel biology and screen potential therapies.
