About Madeline Kizer

Throughout my college journey, I developed strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. I participated in pitch competitions and programs like the Female Freshman Founders initiative, where I refined my ability to develop and communicate innovative business ideas. My passion for sustainable fashion led me to introduce clothing swaps to UConn and establish the campus’s first secondhand store. Through this experience, I honed my skills in securing funding, managing operations, overseeing production, and driving creative direction and marketing strategies. Now, I support global production operations at Tapestry, working across Coach, Stuart Weitzman, and Kate Spade. In this role, I collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless execution across brands. I am excited to continue growing in production operations while integrating creativity and sustainability into my work.
