About Madelyn Accomando

I'm currently attending Grand Canyon University seeking a degree in Business Management with a target graduation date of April 2020. While being a full time student at GCU I've also held down a consistent job with In N Out Burger. My strong work ethic has allowed me to be able to strategically balance my school/job schedule and maintain both high grades and high work performance. I've been with In N Out for nearly 5 years. While it has been my first and only job I've gained multiple skills throughout my time with the company. I have a passion for customer service and I consider being able to relate to customers as one of my strongest skills. I value the transparency that In N Out has for towards its customers and I believe that maintaining a clean and safe work space is not only important but necessary to a creating an environment that feels welcoming for both associates and customers. My experience at work has taught me how to be a leader and inspired my decision to go to school for a business management degree. I can safely perform tasks while also overseeing other associates and assisting them when they need help. I am an observant and hard-worker, but also versatile enough to take my experience and apply it into other settings, which I hope to do as soon as I graduate.
