About Madelyn Collins

I’m a hospitality-minded educator and workforce development strategist with over 12 years of experience building programs, partnerships, and people. Whether in the classroom, boardroom, or community, I believe in the power of purposeful hospitality - showing up with presence, service, and intention in every space we lead. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and led career and technical education initiatives that align real-world industry needs with student potential. From managing hospitality programs across one of the largest school districts in Texas to training teachers, guiding students, and cultivating industry partnerships—I’ve built my work on the belief that excellence and empathy belong in the same room. Whether I’m leading a strategic initiative, mentoring educators, or developing soft skill frameworks, I bring structure, heart, and a commitment to sustainable growth. If you’re passionate about reimagining hospitality - not just as an industry, but as a leadership model—let’s connect. I’m always looking to collaborate with professionals who believe that how we serve matters just as much as what we build.
