About Madelyn Cullick

I am currently a Principal Consultant in the Early Childhood Development Department at the Illinois State Board of Education. Prior to this role, I served as an elementary school teacher for three years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, as well as Educational Psychology, along with a Certificate in Child Advocacy Studies. I also have multiple years of experience working in an Early Childhood Education setting. I received a Master's Degree in Educational Literacy through the American College of Education in December 2022. I was one of the founding members of Tri Sigma, the first Social Sorority at the University of Illinois at Springfield. I was also a part of four different Honor Societies at the University of Illinois at Springfield: Psi Chi Psychology Honor Society, The National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, and Kappa Delta Pi Educational Honor Society. I also was a four-year Honor Student at UIS. In addition to that, I served as a cheerleader on the UIS cheerleading team for three years, a member of the Dance Marathon Executive Board for one year, and worked many different campus jobs during my time at UIS.
