About Madelyn Joseph

Madelyn Joseph, a Salesforce Operations Intern, at Fountain House, is responsible for the inner functions of Salesforce for the Center for Leadership and Education (CLE). This includes working with the Salesforce Administrator at Fountain House to better serve the needs of the CLE, teaching coworkers in the CLE how certain Salesforce functions work, and taking care of CLE Salesforce tasks that are too technologically advanced for her coworkers. She is instrumental in the functions of the CLE. Madelyn's years of experience in the field of mental health treatment, as well as her ever expanding involvement in various projects around Fountain House and her own school, Borough of Manhattan Community College, show her passion for working in the field of mental health treatment using the Associate's degree she is currently working on. She is driven, and very dedicated to her work, taking any day she doesn't have class (and some days she does) to go to Fountain House to work on her projects to assist her in helping out around the clubhouse. She has previously worked in the Welcome Center, as well as other units in a smaller capacity. She has worked with the Education Unit to bring Fountain House under the spotlight for Borough of Manhattan Community College's Office of Accessibility. She also briefly worked with the Research Unit after they took over some of the duties the Welcome Center had previously done, instructing them on how to do the tasks they had taken on. Finally, she has worked in External Affairs, helping to contribute to a number of different projects during her time as a Digital Projects Intern and after this internship. When Madelyn sees a way to contribute to the clubhouse, he jumps on the opportunity.
