About Madelynn Montes

Cultivating culture at Gorgias San Francisco. We help eCommerce brands grow through exceptional customer experience. Prior to Gorgias, I worked at a digital design innovation agency specializing in product design & UX research projects. I excelled in a fast-paced hybrid role with six years of experience in project management, business development, client relations, executive assistant, office management/development, and event planning. With a proven track record of establishing relationships with cross-functional teams, I improved the experience of clients and prospects, the local and digital community, and agency colleagues. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and executives, I guaranteed clients were not only satisfied but also confident in our ability to meet and exceed their project requirements. My eagerness to learn and grow fuels my readiness to tackle any challenge with optimism. I love bringing people together to unite teams and create meaningful experiences. As a strategic thinker, I am diligent in monitoring both the minutiae and the broader picture, always with the collective objective in sight.
