Reviewing all the client contracts comprehensively, creating SOP’s and highlighting redlines, doing contract abstraction, sharing the same for management and legal review, highlighting any missing information in contracts. • Taking care of all contract requirements, including insurance, and operating licenses, compliances, country specific schedules as needed, filling required information on client portals, filling information for contract execution as needed, and setting the same in JobDiva & Nexus. • Including financial information and compliance information like W2 or C2C, Markup or Bill Rate, Conversion Fees, Performance Guarantees along with clauses having risk and monetary impact. • Coordinate the communication with the client for onboarding, submitting all documentation needed to the client, and keeping stakeholders in the loop, and take end to end responsibilities of onboarding a new client. • Negotiations with third party vendors of the Company on various clauses. • End to End Contract Management activities which includes pre signatures and aswell as post- signatures activities.
