About Madi Coles

I am an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Canberra in 2020 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. I have worked as a clinical Exercise Physiologist prior to working with The Rehabilitation Specialists, and have utilised my prior experience to assist me in achieving exceptional return to work outcomes. I am particularly experienced and skilled working with clients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. I currently work across both the workplace rehabilitation space and the NDIS space, and bring broad knowledge gained throughout university degree, placements, clinical experience and workplace rehabilitation experience. I take an empathetic and effective approach to rehabilitation, taking time to develop a relationship with the client and all treating parties to ensure a collaborative and sustainable return to work. I have built a reputation for myself in workplace rehabilitation, generating repeat referrals due to my high-quality work. I have a warm and bubbly personality, with the ability to identify clear and appropriate solutions to barriers that may arise.
