About Madi Crouch

I am a proud graduate of Indiana University, where I studied Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management. With five years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of combining my education with my passion for event planning and organization. My professional career has taken me to different industries, including Non-Profit, Pharmaceutical, and Data Consulting. Although my experience has been in different industries, the purpose behind every position has remained the same: to plan and execute memorable events by bringing together every detail to create seamless experiences. My favorite part about event planning is the day of the event, when the months of planning and hard work come together right before your eyes, and you see the awe on your guests' faces as they enter the event. In my recent role as an Employee Engagement Specialist at Onebridge, I ventured into People Operations. In this new position, I acquired a vast new set of skills. These skills include HRIS management, employee enablement, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, process improvement, creating SOPs, corporate communication, and other tasks that enhance the employee lifecycle. I am all about making the workplace better for everyone involved and creating an inviting culture!
