I am an applied economist with over a decade of experience spanning official statistics, macroeconomic analysis, and development consulting. My work bridges rigorous empirical research with policy relevance, focusing on household economics, macroprudential policies, and fiscal microsimulation. I’ve served as a national statistician, a PhD researcher, and a consultant at the World Bank, applying analytical models to evaluate policy impacts across Africa and Europe. I specialise in translating complex data into actionable insights for governments, central banks, and international partners. I am currently completing a dual PhD in Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Ca’ Foscari University, and consulting for the World Bank on fiscal equity, gender impacts, and tax reform.
