About Madison Aprill

To explain more about myself, I am a hard-working student who loves to get involved. I was the social studies committee leader in NHS, a varsity athlete on the ski racing team, and went to every football game and event I could manage. However, my favorite was competing in DECA. DECA focuses on teaching entrepreneurship and leadership in the form of competitive events and academies. I enjoyed creating solutions to given problems, and working with my team. Although, nothing beats the rush of public speaking. I am very proud of the awards I won at the state level and even prouder of going to internationals. When I'm not busy with school or work you can find me outside enjoying the fresh air. In the summertime that involves walking my dog, hiking, reading, trying new activities, and spending time with family and friends. However, as soon as the ski hill opens that's where you can find me. I have been skiing since I was four and on average go skiing 5 days a week when the hills open. It's safe to say I love it.
