From wanting to be the one who writes blurbs on the back of shampoo bottles when I was 10 to dreaming of owning a flower and gift boutique, I’ve always had big aspirations. I am an MBA student who has worked for a variety of public health and healthcare-based companies, including for-profit and non-profit.Here are some of the ways I have contributed to successful marketing teams over the last 7+ years- Launching and promoting ASTHO’s Public Health Review Morning Edition newscast, handling internal and external guest bookings, and the promotion of products and events (winning a 2023 PRSA Bronze Anvil Award)- Creating metrics reports for communications campaigns, leveraging data insights to assess performance and inform future strategies- Managing and sending a weekly flagship newsletter to over subscribers while also leveraging industry knowledge to increase click-through and open rates- Developing comprehensive standard operating procedures and communication strategies for diverse events, products, campaigns, and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs- Integrating Monday.com for project management and continued to support the organization’s commitment to the platform, including the development and maintenance of the main project management dashboard- Writing and editing diverse content to support communications efforts within various portfolios, including promotional language, social media posts, newsletter copy, and webpage text- Leading high-performing teams, cultivating a collaborative culture that fostered innovation, streamlined processes, and enhanced the quality of communication efforts.
