About Madison Bridges

I have worked in the Veterinary field for 5 years now. I started as a Veterinary Assistant at a general practice where I collected and read labs, administered vaccines, placed catheters, charted for the pets records and created estimates. Both general practice clinics I worked at were Fear Free Clinics where we practiced techniques to make the patients visit as smooth as possible whether they were anxious, fearful, or stressed. After 3 years of being an assistant I became a Client Care Specialist and worked over nights in an Emergency and Specialty Hospital for a year and then transitioned into a remote position. In my role I assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments on a walk in and referral basis, update and request records and monitor our email.
