About Madison Conner

My name is Madison Conner, and I recently graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Digital and Integrated Marketing Communications. From a young age, I’ve been inspired by women in business and always imagined myself pursuing a career in the field. Growing up, I developed a strong passion for both creativity and art, and I was excited to discover that marketing allows me to combine those interests in a meaningful way. Through my studies, I’ve found particular enjoyment in brand content creation, event planning, and graphic design. I’m especially interested in brand strategy and consumer behavior, and while I would love to work at a marketing agency focused on music festivals, I’m open to any opportunity where I can continue learning and growing in the field. I was born and raised in Darby, Montana—a small town with a population of about 800. Growing up in such a rural environment sparked my curiosity about different cultures and fueled my passion for travel. As a teenager, I had the opportunity to visit several countries in Europe, including Switzerland, Italy, France, and Spain. Those experiences gave me a broader perspective on the world and continue to influence both my personal and professional outlook. After high school, I traded the cold Montana mountains for the warm Arizona desert. Over the past year, I worked as a leasing consultant at Vertex Apartments, where I gained valuable experience in a professional office setting and expanded my skills in sales and marketing. This role helped reinforce my interest in the field and solidified my decision to pursue a marketing career. Now that I’ve graduated, I’m actively seeking a full-time marketing position where I can bring my creativity, enthusiasm, and curiosity to a dynamic team. I’m eager to continue learning and contribute wherever I can.
