My commitment to service began at 17 when I enrolled in the Royal Canadian Navy, proudly serving on two NATO deployments. But after a military event left me disabled and uncertain if I would ever return to work, I turned to real estate investing. What I didn’t realize in the wake of my medical release, was that God was preparing me, equipping me with the skills I would soon need for a new calling. That calling came in a quiet but profound moment, watching my grandmother struggle to reach a standard kitchen outlet. It was then I felt God place a clear vision on my heart: to address the urgent need for truly accessible, barrier-free homes designed to support our aging population with dignity and independence. Having travelled to 27 countries, I’ve gained a global perspective, but I remain rooted in a simple truth: a home is a place where you should truly feel at home. That means a space that meets your needs, supports your independence, and offers comfort and safety. That belief guides every project I take on. Today, I lead efforts to develop accessible housing that honours this principle. Combining my real estate background with a heart anchored in faith and service, I’m dedicated to creating communities where people can age in place with grace and comfort. For me, this work is more than building homes, it’s continuing a lifelong commitment to serve, inspired by love, compassion, and respect for others.
