About Madison Jackson

I’m a creative marketing designer from San Francisco with a background in Graphic Communication (UX/UI concentration) from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. My work blends design, strategy, and storytelling to support business growth and brand visibility. Most recently, I served as the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at SITELAB urban studio (urban design firm), where I led proposal development (RFPs, RFQs, SF330 forms), created targeted marketing materials (pitch decks, project pages, presentations), and maintained business development systems to strengthen client relationships. I collaborated with leadership and external consultants, managed PR initiatives with Berlin Rosen, and improved internal workflows by organizing digital assets and refining procedures. Beyond my most recent position, I’ve designed logos, websites, and content for organizations like Camp PolyHacks and Cal Cities African American Caucus, and previously co-directed sponsorship at UX Fest SLO, where I secured funding and documented events through photography. My experiences, including studying abroad in Florence, Italy and minoring in Music and Italian Studies, have broadened my creative lens and cultural awareness.
