About Madison Jang

I’ve always believed that great leadership is about people: seeing them, supporting them, and empowering them to do their best work. Currently a Senior Product Project Manager at doTERRA, I work at the intersection of product innovation and purposeful leadership. I help bring natural wellness products to life, collaborating across teams to manage timelines, solve problems, and deliver results that matter. I love what I do, and even more, I love the people I get to work with. My career has been shaped by roles in marketing, executive support, and operations, giving me a 360-degree view of what it takes to drive business success with both empathy and efficiency. Whether leading a project launch, aligning cross-functional teams, or mentoring others, I strive to lead with intention and integrity. I aspire to be an impactful leader, one who consistently builds strong cultures, empowers teams, and drives people-centered decisions that create lasting value. My long-term goal is to lead an organization with vision, purpose, and heart. Every step I take in my career is grounded in that commitment and fueled by a deep belief in the power of people. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about leadership, wellness, innovation, or building impactful teams!
