Human Resources professional who strives to use my education, experiences, and seasoned customer service skills to compliment my progression in the field of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. I have been involved with various aspects and departments of Human Resources and lead several integration projects with a variety of teams including, but not limited to: holding a seat on the Women's Committee ERG and leading the DEI priority for the TA team, managing a robust college recruitment program, building and maintaining a data entry interface between personnel data base and an ATS, creating and training management on an IT access integration with ATS, introducing and training higher level co-workers on how to use a mobile texting function in ATS for recruiters, updating/creating websites, seamless social media postings, and so much more! Over the years I have put my organizational skills, customer service skills, and educational background to use in Human Resource positions in various industries ranging from telecommunications, construction management, academia, real estate, and the non-profit healthcare sector. I believe that my unique experiences will provide a diverse point of view to any organization. My name is Madison McCarthy, and I am eager to expand my career in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. I possess 5+ years of continuous growth in professional Human Resources experience, 10 years of Professional Administrative experience, extensive customer service experience with 10+ years in the customer service industry, along with exemplary communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I can be described as a dependable, adaptable worker with a conscientious personality, who is eager to learn and grow!
