About Madison McCluney

I believe that every child should have access to a well-rounded education. I have a passion for helping youth find their passions. I have a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with two minors - one in Dance and one in Developmental Disabilities. I hope to work to create dance and theatre education for children of all abilities and backgrounds. When I was young, I would set up my dolls and play teacher for fun. So, you can say that I have always had a passion for teaching and caring for others. Currently, I work as a Community Schools Director where I support with attendance and belonging in a public school. Helping families find supports they want and need. Additionally, I am an Inclusion Coordinator at a Children’s theatre. The skills I developed working in after school programs build a strong foundation of resilience, care, and organization that I will use forever. Outside of work, I enjoy being at the theatre watching people live out their dreams. I also enjoy reading, podcasts, and playing with my 2 sweet dogs.
