I prioritize collaboration, innovation, and coordination with my teams and other departments to run a comprehensive, cross-functional operation. I have led many successful projects at the Yellowstone Club. My responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, managing project teams, communicating with Senior Management, and implementing process improvements to increase project efficiency and quality. My goal is to ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed expectations. I hold a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and multiple teaching certifications, reflecting my passion for learning and serving others. As a former educator, I use valuable skills such as empathy, active listening, and building rapport to effectively manage my teams and achieve organizational goals. My background in education gives me a unique perspective on team development and training.
