About Madison Odendahl

As a first-grade teacher at Franklin Township Community School Corporation, I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment for my students. I have several years of experience teaching elementary education, and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge. I am pursuing post-graduate education in Educational Leadership from American College of Education, and have a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University, where I graduated in 2021. I have also received multiple honors and grants for my work, including the First Year Teacher Grant, the Orton Gillingham Training, and the Elisabeth Good Fellowship Scholarship. My core competencies include multitasking, strong communication, and community outreach, which I use to foster collaboration and support among my students, colleagues, and parents. My goal is to make a positive impact on the academic and personal growth of my students, and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the education field.
