About Madison Oh

My past experiences have included working at Happy Valley Basic School where I developed my skills in preparing snacks and meals for kids. I was CPR certified and had my food handlers certificate. After three years I turned my professional field to the banking industry for 4 years. Where customer service is their number one priority. I have also worked as a receptionist for two years. I am all about customer service and putting customers first. I have a very bubbly and outgoing personality I can easily put a smile on anyone’s face and make a five minute friend. I say “five minute friend” because I am used to working in a fast-paced environment. I have learned to turn strangers into friends by being professional, putting smiles on faces and making that person feel welcomed all while multitasking. One of my biggest strengths is adapting to any work environment and knowing that there is always room for growth. I can adapt to any new job, new environment, new co-workers, new customers. I am a very open-minded person, and I succeed in any environment. I thrive off of positivity and a strong mindset. I believe through those two traits anything is possible.
