About Madison Oliver

I have over two years of experience in the MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) field, beginning as a Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisee, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals through their recovery journey. As I transitioned into a trainer, I remained committed to providing high-quality services to patients, focusing on delivering care that empowers and supports long-term recovery. Currently, I am a Clinical Supervisor at the same facility, where I oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure that patient care remains a top priority. I am also pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP-accredited), continuing to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients and the community. In addition to my clinical experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which provided me with a solid academic understanding of human behavior, mental health, and therapeutic approaches. This educational foundation further enhances my ability to offer empathetic, evidence-based care. With a passion for professional development and a deep dedication to mental health and substance use recovery, I strive to foster an environment where individuals and teams can thrive and deliver impactful, compassionate care.
