About Madison Ranell Canale

I am a Music Business student that is passionate about all things music, pop culture and playlist curation. I am interested in pursuing a career either in tour management or artist development. My time as a Communication and Operations Supervisor for an artist-owned studio and shop helped me develop the skills needed to succeed in the entertainment industry. My goal is to help artists and their teams articulate, plan, and execute their artistic visions for their fans to enjoy. I have spent much of my career managing projects, leading team members, and innovating systems to better suit goals the business is trying to reach. While these skills are important, I have also found that creating and maintaining relationships is at the heart of every great company. Adding personal touches to each interaction is something I pride myself in and is an act that my coworkers and partners have come to expect and appreciate. I am currently looking for a workplace in the music industry that will take my current skills as well as my passion for artists and their fans, and use it for the growth and betterment of their company. I am specifically seeking a position within the realm of A&R, artist development, or touring.
