About Madison Ricco
After graduating with my PharmD from the University of Colorado - Anschutz Medical Campus in 2022, I spent a year doing full-time basic science research on alternative dosing pathways (i.e. oral) of traditional intravenous chemotherapy in Dr. Tom Anchordoquy's lab. I am passionate about the involvement of clinical pharmacists in traditional basic science laboratory projects given the pharmacist's training as drug experts and focus on patient care to guide these preclinical projects towards successful implementation into clinic. I have recently completed my Post-Doctoral Academic Fellowship and am currently serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
