Madison is a true crypto OG who has been building blockchain businesses since 2011. She is the Realtor responsible for closing the City of Miami's two largest cryptocurrency "wallet to wallet" real estate sales, her sight now set to close the most crypto sales in the country. With the first sale in the middle of 2021, Madison was at the forefront of the mainstream crypto real estate evolution."Boots on the Ground" is what she considers herself, as she has had to crypto contract her way through Miami real estate- breaking barriers, educating, making the rules as she goes and becoming known nationally and internationally as the crypto go-to within her peers and industry. With her extensive crypto knowledge, Madison has created quite a list of pioneering accolades from managing two multi billion dollar market cap crypto projects, co-writing the only NAR approved Crypto course for Realtors, record breaking crypto sales, and leading Miami's crypto real estate industry. A saleswoman at heart since a young teen, Madison uses her network and knowledge to now successfully connect, consult and liaison for various celebrity, tech, crypto and real estate companies on how to monetize and build a/with blockchain platforms. She specializes in advising real estate developers and investors on how to purchase, tokenize,"fraud-free" your real estate with blockchain. As the Vice President for RETECH Miami, and a member of FBBS, Madison can be seen speaking often at various events around the world and in publications like CNBC, Fortune Magazine, and theRealDeal. She has Hospitality Management, Psychology, and Leadership degrees from the University of Central Florida that have helped mold her career, bringing in an empathetic human factor to the business sense. Getting into crypto so early, Madison had the fortunate experience of starting her first crypto business at the end of 2010, investing/trading since 2010, creating one of the first crypto poker sites in 2012, building her own remote mining farms 2012-2015, Bitcoin POS systems and marketing plans for small businesses 2012-2016, bought first bitcoin ATMs in 2016. 2017-now creating/managing celebrity NFT/ crypto projects and teams & real estate. A true leader and connector at heart, Madison directs her energy to helping educate and evolve people, companies, and now industries to understand blockchain technology to further change in the world.
