About Madison Ruhling

Highly organized and results-focused Paid Social Manager currently driving measurable success for a full portfolio of diverse ad accounts, from e-commerce to B2B. My expertise lies in developing paid media strategy and leading full-funnel execution across major platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. I’m experienced at translating specific client KPIs into successful campaigns, managing all client communications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g, Paid Search) to develop winning omni-channel approaches. A critical part of my role involves analyzing first-party data and CRM platforms to make scalable, data-driven decisions. My foundation is rooted in the industry: I hold a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing, complemented by practical experience gained through merchandising and marketing internships at boutique settings and hands-on retail roles. I am seeking to leverage my advanced paid media knowledge and analytical skills to drive brand performance and growth within the fashion industry.
