I am nearing the completion of my bachelor's degree in business management and entrepreneurship with a concentration in computer science at the University of Florida. Over the past eight years, I have served in multiple leadership roles for LCS, most recent as an Assistant Director at Freedom Square, a senior living community, where I support the Director of Dining Services in the strategic management and operational oversight of the department to ensure optimal performance.In this role, I supervise and direct a diverse team, handling recruitment, training, and performance management. I utilized UKG for advanced workforce management, streamlining scheduling, timekeeping, and analytics to enhance operational efficiency. I also maintain strict confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information and data.Additionally, I oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial oversight while meeting cost containment and financial performance targets. I am eager to apply these skills in roles that offer opportunities for growth and the chance to bring diverse perspectives to the team.
