About Madison Sandborn

Make yourself at home.” - MomTurns out she was right. I built a career around making people feel welcome, supported, and taken care of.I’m an Executive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the General Manager at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, where I balance big-picture vision with day-to-day operational finesse. From executive communications and culture-building to high-impact events, creative brand moments, and cross-department collaboration, I’ve become the go-to person for turning ideas into polished, meaningful experiences. With a foundation in Hospitality Management from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!), I lead with curiosity, clarity, and a genuinely people-first mindset. I’m known for bringing organization to chaos, elevating guest and colleague experiences, and adding a thoughtful creative touch to everything I do.At my core, I love building environments. physical, cultural, and emotional. where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
