About Madison Selcho

I enable Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams with the training, messaging, and tools they need to confidently sell and support Awardco's platform. I partner cross-functionally to turn product and strategy into practical enablement that drives consistency, faster ramp, and better customer outcomes. My background spans breaking news reporting, AP Style/SEO editing, and viral content creation at Deseret News, where I consistently exceeded engagement goals and earned multiple writing and reporting scholarships. After my time as a journalist, I stepped into an Internal Communications Channel Manager role, where I brought that same editorial focus to the workplace — shaping employee messaging, channel strategies, and cross-functional content that informs, aligns, and inspires teams.I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, balancing creativity with precision to deliver messaging that drives both engagement and impact.
