About Madison Shultz

I am a mixed methods UX researcher using empathy and methodological rigor to build experiences that help people lead healthier lives. I believe research de-risks product decisions. We do as much as we can with the time and resources we have access to. My expertise spans the research process including research design and operations, surveys, in-depth interviews, observation, qualitative synthesis, quantitative analysis (SPSS), and dissemination of findings. In my spare time, I created and continue to teach an undergraduate course that helps students develop these skills too. My specializations include harmonizing AI and user workflows, discovery research for emerging technologies, all things health tech, and research shareouts that inspire and provoke. Above all, I approach work with rigor, tenacity, and unparalleled ownership.
