I am currently employed as a tutor and thoroughly enjoy the work I do. Over the past two and a half years, I have gained valuable experience tutoring students in a one-on-one setting. I have found that this personalized approach allows me to effectively identify and address the specific needs of each individual student, ensuring their success. I make it a point to identify any obstacles or challenges that students may face and work diligently to help them overcome these barriers. I firmly believe that as a teacher, it is my responsibility to adapt my teaching methods if a student is not grasping the material.I take pride in the results I have achieved with my students, and their parents have expressed satisfaction with their progress. I have had the privilege of working with returning students and receiving requests from parents for my tutoring services. Even students who typically have a negative attitude towards school or tutoring have shown improvement in their attitude and increased confidence as they continue their sessions with me. This positive change is not solely attributed to the academic material we cover, but also the attention I pay to their mental well-being.I am dedicated, hardworking, and eager to learn and explore new approaches. I have successfully handled various situations throughout my tutoring experience and am enthusiastic about further expanding my skill set.
