About Madison Sullivan

Future Goals: My career goal is to become a main HR representative in a company and help them achieve their workplace goals. I also plan on going back to school and receiving my MBA. Work experience: My last job I was an Enrollment Ambassador in the University of Wyoming Business building, and I think some of these experiences are going to help in a future work environment. Overall, I want to help people and help companies get to where they want to go. Through my work experience I have gained a lot of knowledge about customer service. I am able to help people with a variety of needs as well as creating back up plans for if something goes wrong. I constantly have had to solve problems and adapt to create a better experience both for coworkers and the guests at my work. Also while working at the College of Business Student Success Center I have gained lots of knowledge of being motivated by myself and motivating people in teams. These skills help me overall have lots of knowledge in different areas and I would hope to bring them to future companies. Achievements: I completed my bachelor's degree in 2.5 years. This was done by completing extra hours over summer as well as taking 17-21 credits per semester. Throughout my time in college I also worked as well as participated in clubs. It overall was a challenge, but I put my mind to it and it truly has helped me grow and be able to motivate myself better. I always have pushed myself toward higher goals, and overall I hope to bring that to future companies.
