About Madison Tilling

A motivated intuitive individual with many years of customer service experience; in face to face customer service, call centre, back office areas processing complex queries, within a project environment and have sales/customer retention experience. Driven by targets that will keep me busy, I was shortly promoted through the ranks, gained by going above and beyond my targets and stepping up in absence of management. My dedication to the job has meant that I was offered an internal opportunity to work as a subject matter expert within the project team, where I am developing and implementing a new billing system into the company. Experience in SAP, Junifer, Jira, Trello. After spending over a year on the project I was offered a role down the more managerial route, of WFM Team Leader; managing a small team of analysts, providing resource planning data and scheduling.
