About Madison Tuggle

I am a recent graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. I aspire to become a registered dietitian as well as a lactation consultant. I chose dietetics because I desire to be a catalyst for people obtaining a healthy lifestyle. I want to live my life with meaning and passion. For me, a career in dietetics is a way I can accomplish that. My career goals are to complete a dietetic internship and use the experience to guide me through graduate school to obtain a master’s degree. In the long term, I wish to start an outpatient practice in pediatrics. I plan to obtaining the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiner credentials so I can also counsel breast-feeding mothers. My overarching goal is to work with families, from conception through the first years of a child’s life.
