About Madison Walker

I am a third year law student at the College of Law at West Virginia University. I have a strong interest in family law and criminal law, particularly in the prosecution of abuse and neglect crimes. I am a WVU bachelors graduate with a degree in psychology and am an Appalachian native from Southern West Virginia. During my time as an undergraduate, I served ont he executive board of my sorority, completed two student psychological research experiments, and worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant. I graduated as a summa cum laude with my bachelors. I have a deep passion for promoting my Appalachian communities and serving the people of the region. I have served as a law student intern at the Raleigh County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, a legal extern for the Preston County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, and I will work post-graduation as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Jaymie Wilfong in the Circuit Court of Randolph County.
