About Madison Ward

Born and raised in the heart of the Sierra Nevada’s, Madison actively enjoys California’s diverse landscape. After years of selling luxury real estate and investment properties in San Luis Obispo, Madison has reunited with BWR and provides an unparalleled understanding of the many facets of California real estate. With a youthful zest for life, Madison strives to share her experiences and introduce you to all that the Sierra has to offer. Madison began her real estate career working at her family’s brokerage as a part time office manager in 2009, and in 2014 attained her real estate license. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2017 with a business and finance degree to compliment her real estate career. Following graduation, she was recruited by Better Homes & Gardens on the Central Coast and gained a different perspective of the California Market. Now she returns to Calaveras County in the “dreamy Sierra landscape” to apply her new skillset. She is excited to work alongside the experienced group of professionals at Corcoran Icon Properties, and will constantly be honing her marketing skills in our community, providing her clients with an elevated level of service!
