About Madison Warfield

I graduated from McClain High School with a High School Diploma in 2016. Since then, I have been working at Corvac Composites, LLC, a leading manufacturer of automotive components. I started as a Production Control Clerk, where I performed daily data entry and used various software applications. In 2022, I was promoted to Senior Production Lead, where I coach and mentor associates to reach production goals. As a Senior Production Lead, I follow a production schedule and oversee that all processes are being completed. I coordinate all production activities and operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. I also work with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, COGNOS, CMS, Microsoft Word, and other tools to manage and communicate information. I value creating a positive work environment, where everyone can learn and grow. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and other departments. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as I have worked on various assembly lines in different industries. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance.
