About Madison Warren

Eight short years ago, I launched my career in Human Resources at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. As the Employment & Training Manager, I am involved in all aspects of employment and employee relations. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, emphasis in Management, along with certificates in Human Resource Management and Multicultural Studies. I am passionate about learning and growing as an HR professional in both academic and hands-on settings. In 2019, I obtained my Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Park University and achieved a 4.0 GPA.In 2021, I earned my HR Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and am officially a SHRM-Certified Professional.Most recently, I joined the Board of Directors for SHRM of Greater Kansas City in 2024 and will continue to serve SHRM-KC in 2025 as the Director of Communications.I enjoy spending my free time traveling, running, playing recreational sports, and learning more about the HR world!If you are interested in the exciting opportunities that Kansas City Life has to offer, please e-mail your resume to resumes@kclife.com.
