I’m a results-driven finance and accounting professional with hands-on experience in full-cycle billing, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ERP systems. With a strong background in healthcare finance and operational support, I specialize in streamlining processes, maintaining financial accuracy, and driving data-informed decision-making. My expertise includes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciling key balance sheet accounts such as the general ledger and bank accounts. I regularly conduct daily and monthly cash flow analyses, prepare leadership reports highlighting trends and variances, and help ensure proper liquidity planning. I’ve worked extensively across financial platforms including- NetSuite ERP - QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)- Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)-ADP In addition to technical skills, I bring cross-functional collaboration experience—working closely with HR and finance teams to generate reports on payroll, benefits, and compensation. I’ve also supported audits, managed high-volume AR/AP invoicing, and maintained balance sheet schedules and deposit summaries. I thrive in remote and on-site environments and deeply understand physician group operations and claims workflows. I completed my MBA at the University of the Pacific in December 2024, further expanding my skills in leadership, strategic planning, and business analysis.
