About Madoka Wada

Throughout my career, I have always believed that people achieve greater result if they are passionate about what they do, and the focus in my consulting work has been to create the structure and strategies that will help people and organization not only perform better but also become motivated to drive their work in a way that is innovative and produces better outcomes for everyone involved. The natural evolution of my career was to bring change management best-practices to Japan to help organization develop their own internal change capability and improve organizational agility. Aside from my work in operational design, internal capability development, sales, project management, etc, some of my larger or more interesting engagements in relation to change management and strategy, include: • Developed education management strategy for education institutions. This included mission and vision building for one of the highest national universities, operational transformation in a private university, constructing an evaluation system of education systems for public elementary schools, etc. • Led the promotion of (Public-Private Partnership) initiative as PM in emerging countries in the APAC region. • Led government and auto makers through process of changing automotive recycling industry rules and regulations to new standards. • Worked with an NGO organization in the Philippines for 1 year to educate underprivileged children on how to leverage IT to achieve success, and try to escape their current situation. In Ataway, aside from delivery consulting engagements, we have partnered with PROSCI to bring their market-leading change management methodology to the Japanese market.
