About Madou Hecker

It’s now been 7,5 years since I started working at Klarna and I’ve learned so much since then. I started working as a debt collection agent which gave me the insight I currently have on how to improve our customer experience but also how to support our customer service agents. I grew in my role and became a team leader for this same team. This made me realise how much I enjoy coaching and supporting others. Afterwards I worked as a manager for our Payments team. Leading two teams definitely kept me occupied, but it was a great experience. My main purpose is to always maintain an open and honest communication and making sure that I am there for my team whenever they need me. Besides that my focus was on driving improvement and quality across the company and giving the team the opportunity to grow and learn. It’s now been 6 months since I started my role as Vendor Manager for the Nordic markets. Needless to say that I’ve learned so much again since starting this role. My main focuses today are on our delivery, quality, finances, relationship management and driving improvements. Still I believe after all these years, that an open, clear and honest communication is one of the most important factors in my position.
