About Mads Allhiser

At 16 years old, I decided to skip my senior year of high school and graduate after only 3 years. I had been taking dual enrollment college classes from both Grand Canyon University and Corban University at night on top of my full high school class schedule since I was 15 years old. I graduated as the Valedictorian of this senior class. After high school, I attended George Fox University on a large academic scholarship. I am currently pursuing a degree in civil engineering, with a minor in mathematics. I have thrived at this university with their hands-on engineering education. I have been a part of multiple international engineering projects. I designed a methane gas compression system for a farmer in Israel. I have gone to Ecuador with other George Fox engineering students and Life Giving Water International to survey and start the construction of a water distribution system for a remote village in the Andes. I am passionate about construction engineering and management. I have completed two summer internships at Innovative Construction Management, which is a leading construction management company in Mississippi. I am a hard worker, who learns easily and values teamwork and communication. I plan to pursue a master's degree in construction engineering.
