About Mads Andersen

Curiosity and the wish for constant personal development drives me and I enjoy working as a Management Consultant where I get the opportunity to work with different clients across different industries. I am always positiv and I see opportunities rather than limitations. I am a Team Player and I like to work project based. I have high ambitions for both my self and my team and I am aware that both the team and I get the best results by working together and bring the different competencies of the team members to the table. I have worked with a number of different project and the common thing for them is the ability to understand the client's situation and business goals for the future to be able to find the right tools to bring them to the place they wish to be. What drives me is not necessarily the specific topic but to a higher extent to set a strategic direction, drive the process, define the goals and make sure that the goals are meet.
