I’ve a proven track record from working in a globalized automotive, mechanic, mechatronic, electronic- and offshore wind turbine industry with project management and continuous improvements with accordance to quality standards’ development starting with ISO9001, TS16949 to IATF16949. I’ve with an innovative mindset and aim at continuous improvements achieved sustainable results using the production methodologies Lean-tools (5S, SMED, VSM, e.g.) and Six Sigma’s DMAIC phases. This journey has brought me across North America, Europe and to China, Shanghai as Technology Engineer at Danfoss Power Electronics striving to optimize the manufacturing environments by process mapping, standardization and improving the 3 plants acc. to DPP and project managing a CAPEX investment. Along with facilitation the PFMEA in a process/product conversion validation and participation in R&D’s DFMEA facilitation. The role as technology engineer included global responsibility for the wave soldering process technology as certified specialist acc. to IPC-A-610-2010 and IPC-STD-J-001. I’ve prior to this been a core team member as productions representative in the development of a new generation digital Coriolis flowmeter including welding feasible studies in co-operation with CO2-laser supplier, Trumpf GmbH. Continuing with the equipment specification onwards in the milestone deliverables in the project execution phases with SAT, installation and FAT prior to hand-over to production. Furthermore, have I as a systematic, analytic and detail focused documentation engineer been working at Siemens Wind Power Offshore with global project execution and supplied installation documentation to the global wind farm project execution. This has given me holistic view of the challenges with project execution gained from visiting pre-assembly sites, offshore installation- and commissioning-vessels. The past 3½ years have I been working as project manager at Hydro Precision Tubing Tønder a.s technical responsible in the interface between our global automotive customers and our organizations’ production, sales and quality departments. The customer project responsibilities go on technical clarification of the customers’ requirements to fulfillment of the automotive industry’s demanding Zero-defect in their running mass production environment. I’ve as a TÜV-certified IATF16949 auditor been working in accordance to the automotive industries’ quality requirements with supplying the requested APQP project documentation on new developments.
