About Mads Valentin Johansen

Lack of oversight is the lack of sight in general. Through my career and projects this theme has unfortunately been common, and many times what one team decides is required, interferes or destroys completely the process of another team. This lack of communication and oversight is something I have fought against in many of my projects, and continue to insist is done before we start a project. Taking the time to properly detail and map out the processes and how they interact will save time and money in the long run. To this endeavor I see myself as a person who has become competent in talking with agents on all levels of processes and finding out the small tricks and tips which they incorporate within their daily work, executing the processes. While also being able to narrow down/concentrate on the actual needs of the team, and not necessarily what they think they want or need at that time. This means that I talk with a lot of people, and see myself as a person who is easy to approach and can have an honest and candid conversation with. However, if you don't show me the respect and honesty towards the work and the process, then I won't take you seriously either. Respect and trust is mutual and has to be given and earned. I am willing to learn from other people, and willing to give my knowledge freely.
