About Madyson Davis

Smile, that's my purpose and drive. Through and through I am a people person. I love interacting and engaging with people daily. One of the best feelings is seeing a 360 switch within a person and seeing them smile. Creating customer satisfaction is something I strive to see in any capacity. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to do just every day. Throughout my junior and senior years at Pensacola Christian College, I have had the opportunity to be a Residence Assistant. Meaning, that my partner and I are over 75+ students ensuring their safety, clearly communicating information, answering questions, and building lasting relationships with each of the students. During my sophomore and freshman years at Pensacola Christian College, I worked at Abeka in Customer Solutions. This position allowed me to develop soft skills within an office setting such as customer service, proper documentation, effective communication, and many more. When taking customer calls, I had the opportunity to see several 360 changes within customer conversations through, throughoughly listening to their situation and then providing a solution. Nothing compares to the satisfaction that comes from helping people. Whether that be through meeting a need, answering a question, or fulfilling their desire. Each of these experiences has allowed me to develop leadership skills, relational skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
