Dedicated HR Generalist with a SHRM-CP and a background in leadership and support, with the unique privilege of empowering my team to be their best. I'm passionate about creating positive environments for current teammates, candidates, and clients alike. The purpose of my role is to foster growth and development within my organization and continually enhance the offerings provided for my team. While obtaining my B.S. in Public Health and M.Ed. in Adult and Organizational Learning, I honed my interpersonal skills, communication, time management, and leadership through extracurriculars and coaching. My experience in office management and leadership as a collegiate dance coach has sharpened my skills in team building, communication, and organizational efficiency. I am a quick learner who embraces feedback and collaboration and continually strives to make the best of each task or project I'm assigned to.
